This class emphasizes connection in community while engaging in safe asana and pranayama practices designed for health and strength in pregnancy and labor. Family Yoga
Yogis of all ages are invited to this upbeat full body workout and movement class set to a lively playlist. Young yogis adventure in creativity and awareness while parents and caregivers enjoy moments of mindful flow. This class includes prenatal and postpartum appropriate techniques for recovery and strength.
